Practice One
Oracle Fusion Middleware
The layer between the database and the user, where most estates have no owner and where a failure is most expensive. This is our primary practice and the reason most clients find us. Our engineers work exclusively on Fusion Middleware, supporting estates that range from a handful of WebLogic domains to several hundred.

Coverage
The full middleware stack
- WebLogic Server
- SOA Suite & Service Bus
- Oracle Integration Cloud
- Access & Identity Manager
- Forms, Reports & ADF
- WebCenter Portal & Content
- Coherence & HTTP Server
- BPM, B2B & MFT
What We Take Responsibility For
We fix it ourselves, on the version you actually run
WebLogic administration
Domains, clusters, managed servers, datasources, JMS destinations and deployment pipelines, including patching and quarterly critical patch updates.
The integration estate
SOA Suite composites, Oracle Service Bus, BPM processes, B2B and managed file transfer, and Oracle Integration Cloud connections and flows.
Identity and access
Access Manager policies, Identity Manager provisioning and connectors, directory services, federation, OAuth and SAML, and the certificate lifecycle across all of it.
The presentation tier
Forms and Reports, ADF applications, WebCenter Portal and Content, and Oracle HTTP Server.
Performance engineering
JVM and garbage collection tuning, heap and thread analysis, connection pool sizing, and capacity baselining ahead of peak periods.
Availability engineering
Clustering, session replication, load balancer configuration, disaster recovery design, and regularly tested failover.
A note on versions
We support WebLogic 10.3.6 through 14.1.2, SOA Suite 11g and 12c, Identity Management 11g R2 PS3 and 12c, Forms and Reports 11g and 12c, and Oracle Integration Cloud Gen 2 and Gen 3. Where a version is beyond Oracle’s support window, we quantify the risk and put a remediation path on the table.
How We Work
Three disciplines
Diagnosis, not restarting
Thread dump and heap analysis, GC log interpretation, SOA instance tracing, OSB pipeline debugging and packet capture where the evidence demands it.
Engineering, not ticket closure
Connection pool and work manager tuning, JVM sizing, cluster topology changes and adapter reconfiguration where a permanent fix requires it.
Prevention, not reaction
Health checks ahead of quarter-end, certificate expiry tracking, patch currency reporting and capacity trending that flags problems before they become incidents.
Put an owner on your middle tier.
